You who art in heaven.
Rarely do I write letters. I enjoy it though. It’s either an application for a job, encouragement to my fellow leaders in ministry, maybe to girls I like but not usually often. I thought, I should write you one, Lord, stating my concerns of late.
Your army commanders are being captured, your soldiers are being killed.
Look how he is exiting the stage. Is it fair Lord?
Bill Hybels has served you faithfully. He has poured himself empty for you. He has joyfully proclaimed your name. Why do you allow him to exit the stage so unceremoniously – after 40 years of shepherding your flock? From the age of 22, he’s wanted nothing else but to bring glory and honor to your name.
To be honest, it feels like the former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, who President Trump (through proxy) fired two days before his retirement, robbing him of the full pension benefits he’s worked for years!
I read accusations of sexual misconduct and harassment which – to mention – Bill has vehemently denied the allegations and says his former friends are colluding against him. And some of these allegations dates to the late 1990s.
